Step 2: Deep Dusting
Before any water touches your rug, we use a professional-grade dusting machine to remove deep-set dirt, sand, and grit. This critical step prevents dry soil from turning into abrasive mud during the wash—something many cleaners skip, to the detriment of your rug.
Step 3: Targeted Pre-Treatment & Cold-Water Immersion
We pre-treat problem areas using safe, plant-based enzyme sprays designed to break down organic material. Your rug is then gently submerged in a pool of fresh, cold water—front and back—to dislodge embedded contaminants. Our continuous flow system with French drains ensures fresh water is always cycling through. This immersive cleaning is something in-home methods or standard carpet cleaners simply can’t replicate.
Step 4: Custom Detergent Wash
